Paul Corona

Paul Corona is a graphic designer who was raised in the Poconos, Pennsylvania. He became interested in creative design as he discovered the impact art had on the him through the worlds of animation and graphic novels. He also has had an immense appreciation for the beauty and order of nature from a young age which he strives to convey through his art.


Corona graduated with a BFA in Integrated Art and Design from East Stroudsburg University in 2020. He has been involved in multiple art projects and exhibitions that communicate his creative mind. He took part in the Stroudsburg Area Map Room project as both an observer and student helper. The project involved varied groups of people creating their own maps of the Stroudsburg area to represent what locations were important to them specifically. He also assisted in the installation of the Inclusion Poster Project on the East Stroudsburg University campus. It provided an opportunity for open discussion and the use of art to discuss sensitive issues.


Corona’s work has been featured in the Rengoli Metro Art Center in Bengaluru, India. He has also won multiple awards for his artwork including the Excellence in the Arts award from East Stroudsburg University and the Dr. Irene Mitchel ‘Three Sisters Endowed Art Scholarship’ top award.


Corona was also involved in the New Mind Design Agency where he and a team of designers collaborated to produce creative and innovative designs for clients. As part of this agency, he has completed work for many clients including Stree2Feet, Pocono Area Transitional Housing (PATH), Freedom High School of Bethlehem, East Stroudsburg University, the Monroe County Diaper Bank, and the Monroe County Open Space Commission. Corona has also worked with reputable organizations such as St. Luke's United Health Network, Milestone Financial, Renewal by Anderson, Transedge Truck Centers, ToyotaLift Northeast and Hoganas during his time at Allegra Lehigh Valley.

 

Most recently, Corona worked as a Designer at J.P. Morgan Chase. His time at the company provided him ample opportunity to develop his corporate design skills. He is always seeking out new creative projects that utilize his unique skills and experience.
